dA-HungerGames Reaping Task Task One- The Reaping

It's always been warm in District 4 but today the heat seems unbearable. I think it's just me though, my palms are sweaty and my body aches. I don't think I'm the only person who will have woken up feeling like this today though. Not on the day of The Reaping.

I shouldn't dwell on it, I know that. I should try to make light of it, the fact that I've haven't been picked before now should be a good omen but for some reason today's Reaping is making me worry more than ever before. I'm only fifteen so people in the years above me have a bigger chance of being picked than me. Then again that means nothing. Last year a boy

So, these are my second 'collection' of tattoos that I have now put on here :) I tried to make these as tribal as I possibly could using different techniques. As I'm new to drawing tattoos and comments, feedback or ideas would be much appreciated :) x

these are actually very well done for a beginner (sorry if I'm making the wrong assumption). One thing you could try is overlapping the designs more. For example, the design in the middle:
The thin lines could do an over-under pattern through the thicker lines rather than have the thicker lines just lay down on top of them. I think it'd make it look a bit more complex than it really is, possibly making it look cooler.

It's just an idea, I'm not criticizing your work in any way! Very well done and good luck with your tattoos! :)

why ty, yeah for some reason when you look at the bottom rightne upide down it looks like two phoenixes to me. yeah i prefer the others :)

yeah, the others are a bit better. you're really good at. when i saw yours i tried to copy them and come up with something similiar, but mine completely failed, lol. :D

lol, it's harder to copy than start afresh, just draw some lines and build them up and embellish, or think of a word then draw a word! :)
